Internal Medicine
Overview
The department of internal medicine was established in the year 2006 following the departmentalization exercise by the hospital management. The department started by providing general internal medicine services for a couple of years.

Training
The department commenced postgraduate residency training in the year 2013 and was successfully accredited by the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (NPMCN) in June 2015 and West African College of Physician (WACP) in 2018.
