Top Management Committee

Meet our top Management Team, whose responsibilities are to provide administrative tasks, for the day to day running of the Hospital activities.

The Top Management Committee meets fortnightly to review and make amends, where necessary, in the activities of the Centre. Membership of the Top Management Committee consists of the Heads of the two directories and the operational departments.

For easy management, the Centre is divided into two Directorates and seven Operational Departments which are headed by appropriate professionals. The two directorates and various departments are interdependent in their functions and these functions are controlled by the Top Management Committee of the Centre which is made up of:
